New
Everest is open to everyone
You can now create an Everest account directly and start on the free plan—no waitlist or invitation required. We also published straightforward pricing so it’s easier to see what’s included as Everest grows with you.

See where your meeting time goes
Calendar Insights now breaks down your week by connected calendar. At a glance, you can see how much time belongs to work, personal, or any other calendar you use—without doing the math yourself.

Improved
Name calendars your way
You can rename connected calendar accounts in Everest. Your chosen names carry through to Calendar Insights, so a busy multi-calendar setup stays recognizable and easy to scan.
Pick up onboarding where you left off
If you step away during setup, Everest now brings you back into the conversation with a clear prompt. Waiting states are more explicit too, so you always know whether Everest is working or ready for you.
Fixed
Email threads stay intact
Everest’s scheduling replies now carry the relevant quoted conversation forward. That keeps context visible for everyone on the thread and makes replies more resilient across different email providers.
Cleaner recurrence replies
When you ask Everest to change a recurring event, its response now uses natural language instead of exposing internal recurrence labels.
